Avalanche Studios has released a new trailer for Hogwarts Legacy to present all the news of the summer update, scheduled for next June 6th. The arrival of the maxi patch was anticipated many months ago, but the development studio revealed its contents only recently, leaving a bad taste in everyone’s mouth.
The reason is that There isn’t much gameplay-wise, except for one new mission. Even the latter is actually not new to everyone, given that it is already available for the PlayStation versions.
Few but good
But let’s stop talking and let’s see what the issues are Summer Update additions of Hogwarts Legacy:
- A new photography mode
- The ability to reset talent points and reposition them
- The previously PlayStation exclusive Hogsmeade Haunted Mansion Quest
- A pair of glasses based on Harry Potter’s glasses in the first film
- Prisoners of Azkaban themed clothing
- The recipe for the previously PlayStation exclusive Felix Felicis potion
- Hippogriff onyx version (previously pre-order exclusive)
- Boreal Lavender Broom
In short, the update will integrate some content for certain versions of the game and add some secondary functions, such as photo mode, which in any case will be highly appreciated by virtual photography enthusiasts. After all, with a photographic set like Hogwarts, there is a lot of material to obtain excellent images, but be careful not to anger some creature that doesn’t want to be photographed.
For the rest, we remind you that Hogwarts Legacy is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Sereis X/S and Nintendo Switch. Who knows if Warner Bros. will finance a single player sequel, given its new policies.
