A few weeks ago it was confirmed that HBO Spain would definitely become HBO Max the next October 26th, but the implications were not yet too clear. Now we know all the details of the arrival of HBO Max in Spain, including its price, its catalog and more. Below we explain everything you need to know about the new video on demand platform that will land in Spain in the coming dates and which you should not lose track of if you want to have access to a multitude of quality content and very popular franchises. Here we go.
As the official account of the platform has commented, HBO Max will keep the price that had HBO Spain. That is, it will cost 8.99 euros a month. In addition, those who hire a whole year of the one-time service will be able to do it at the price of eight months instead of what it would cost us twelve months separately. The video on demand service will offer new features with respect to its predecessor: and now we can have five different profiles within the same account (each of them customizable separately), parental control and recommendations will be improved and it may also be reproduced in three devices simultaneously, the account can be linked to an unlimited number of devices.

As far as the catalog is concerned, HBO Max will include content from Warner Bros., HBO, DC, Cartoon Network and the HBO Originals like House of the Dragon or And Just Like That. In addition, titles from The CW, Adult Swim, Crunchyroll Turner Classic Movies, TNT or CNN New Line will also be added. These include sagas such as Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Friends, The Big Bang Theory or The Matrix. As if that were not enough, all Warner premieres that reach theaters will do so just 45 days later on HBO Max, great news for future subscribers. HBO Max will arrive in Spain on October 26, being one of the pioneer countries in having the service in Europe. A service that is already available in more than 40 countries, including Latin America.
