Alitalia, Ita signs a letter of intent with the Uvet group for the promotion of products and services
While the unions are pressing for a change in contractual protections, in view of the start of take-off operations scheduled for next 15 October, the new airline Ita driven by Alfredo Altavilla signs an agreement with the group Uvet, the Italian tourism hub, leader in providing innovative services and solutions for leisure travel, mobility management, events, mice and pharma. The letter of intent signed between the two companies aims to define joint commercial initiatives for the promotion of the new company’s products and services with a view to launching in the autumn.
In detail, the partnership between the two companies provides that Ita will be identified by the Uvet group and offered to its customers as the preferred air carrier for booking travel on the routes served by the airline. Furthermore, according to the commercial agreement, the two companies will identify joint business opportunities aimed at developing sales of Ita products and services on the market, arranging together commercial and promotional activities also dedicated to attracting new customers.
