The Aliseda Inmobiliaria group has a total of 78 plots of land destined for residential development in the Galician community with the capacity to build more than 4,000 homes. The director of Suelo de Aliseda, Luis Alonso, advanced within the framework of the presentation of his plan ‘We are all-terrain’, that the land is available to developers with flexible financing formulas to promote the growth of the Spanish residential park and improve access to housing for families.
The company owns a total of 78 plots of land in the community, of which 26 are located in the province of Pontevedrawith a buildable area of up to 988 homes. In addition, 12 of these are in the city of Vigo, where up to 261 homes could be created.
In To CoruñaAliseda makes 38 assets available to developers to build 2,436 homes. In Ourense, there are eight plots of land available for 117 homes and in Lugo, six plots of land for 556 new homes.
Luis Alonso has highlighted the flexibility that the company provides to launch real estate development projects before obtaining bank financing, the main “obstacle” that these professionals encounter when starting their projects.
In this sense, the firm’s Land Director has explained that, at the national levelAliseda offers “advantageous” conditions on 890 lands with flexible payment formulas. Among them, for example, an entry from 5% of the price and deferred payment in different modalities stood out.
Accompaniment
Likewise, the firm offers developers “comprehensive” support throughout the entire land acquisition process, ‘build to sell’ projects, asset marketing and ‘project monitoring’.
The framework of this sector event has brought together nearly 200 professionals. Among them, the economist and IESE professor, Javier Díaz-Giménez, and the journalist Beatriz Solano, who have analyzed the main keys of the Spanish real estate sector.
Díaz-Giménez has stressed that The problem is not one of demand, but of supply. Based on this, all the measures promoted in this regard by the administrations have been “counterproductive”, since if the tenant is protected too much, this will discourage more apartments from being put on the market for rent.
