The two psychologists from the San Vittore prison are under accusation, investigated for having provided Alessia Pifferi with a defensive path
The Milan Prosecutor's Office has included in the register of suspects the two psychologists from the San Vittore prison who drew up a report on the conditions of Alessia Pifferi. The accusation is that of aiding and abetting and ideological falsehood. Also under investigation is Alessia Pontenani, lawyer of the woman accused of abandoning her 18-month-old daughter at home alone for 6 long days.
According to pm Francesco De Tommasithe two psychologists would have provided Alessia Pifferi with one defensive trackconvincing her of her low IQ and that she is a child, thus helping the defense. Not only that, they would subject her to two unauthorized tests: the Thematic apperception test and the Rorschach blot test.
Falsely certified that the woman had a serious deficit with tests that were unusable for diagnostic and evaluation purposes, which were not within their competence. A practice that we have never seen applied to any prisoner before. The effect would have been to have removed Alessia Pifferi's responsibility for what happened, convincing her that she was a child herself. The lady does not have any mental problems. She had a wicked attitude towards her daughter. I'm not here to be made fun of. Incontestable effect of manipulation of the prison psychologists, which today makes it difficult if not impossible to ascertain Alessia Pifferi's cognitive abilities.
The accusation is therefore that of having now provided Alessia Pifferi with her defensive path, the woman would have convinced herself that she was a child who was not able to look after little Diana. The prosecutor also ordered theacquisition of the medical records of 4 other prisoners.
A thesis that is also supported by Viviana, Alessia Pifferi's sister. The woman who immediately became a civil party in defense of her niece, confirms that since the day of her arrest, her sister has completely changed. Changed by the conversation with the psychologists, which as the prosecutor underlined was not the case not even registered.
