It happened at four in the morning. A strong explosion surprised several officers from the district’s Municipal Police station. They immediately traveled to Cerecinos, where they contemplated how three vehicles burned out of control. Firefighters from the fifth park, the one located on Paseo de Santa María de la Cabeza, in Usera, were in charge of putting out the fire.
When the agents arrived at the scene, they did not see anyone. But several neighbors witnessed how a person “in a black jacket” was fleeing after setting fire to the vehicles.
