Gamera Interactive, the Italian developer, updates us on the development of Alaloth – Champion of The Four Kingdoms, through important news regarding the gameplay and the introduction of a new NPC, based on a famous streamer. The title, whose release date is set for 2021, is an action RPG, looks like a merger between Diablo And Dark Souls.
After the recent news regarding a collaboration for the development of the project, Gamera Interactive broke the silence about development, underlining, in a long post, how COVID-19 has slowed down the work a lot. Despite this, the goal of creating an RPG title that unites Diablo And Dark Souls is becoming a reality, thanks to the commitment of all those who collaborated.
Along with the experience, class and gameplay system, the whole map was recreated from scratch, so that they could create exactly the project the developers had in mind, rather than dwelling on constant bugs. There are now 7 combat areas, 7 cities, 5 points of interest and a random number of events, all developed in the four realms of the title.
In addition, the team has recently presented a collaboration with Michele Poggi, better known as Sabaku, who will be an NPC in the game, with the ability to talk to him and start secondary missions. Some assents were presented by the same streamer during his live, available at this link.
Plus the team promised information about the game’s prequel comic, which was announced about a year ago, along with many other projects that will accompany the release of the game. The development of Alaloth: Champion of The Four Kingdom it therefore seems to be proceeding well, despite the arrival of the pandemic last year.
At the moment an official release date has not been revealed, but it is possible to see some videos regarding the gameplay and updates directly from their Steam page.
