Al-Ghilani, who was crowned with the same horse last year, succeeded in clinching the title of the race, recording a time of 4:06:00 hours and an average speed of 29.63 km/h, less than two seconds ahead of runner-up Abdullah Ghanem Al-Marri on the “Tajeh Umm Josephina” horseback of the Stables. “F3”.
Meanwhile, his companion, the jockey Abdullah Al-Amri, came in third place on the “Mazyona” horse, with a time of 4:10:50 hours.
The race, which was held with the participation of 101 male and female knights, witnessed strong competition, especially in the last stage, which witnessed a fierce struggle between the champion and runner-up, and the race was generally characterized by high speed.
The champion succeeded in distributing the effort of his horse with skill during the stages, as he remained close to the leading positions with caution for fear that his strong horses would escape, and consume their energy, so he was third in the first stage and in the second he finished eighth and was fifth in the third before he faced a strong challenge and took the lead in conclusion.
Following the conclusion of the race, Major General Dr. Muhammad Issa Al-Adab, member of the Dubai Equestrian Club Board of Directors and general manager of the club, and representatives of Al Tayer Motors, the sponsoring company for the race, presented trophies to the winners of the first three places. A car for each of them, while the owners of the positions from the eleventh to the fortieth place received financial prizes ranging from 100,000 dirhams to 25,000 dirhams.

Al-Ghilani praised the mare, “Seven Lazarak”, and said that it is one of the strong horses, and it was able in this race to provide a wonderful level, which qualified it to win the title in all merit, despite the great competition that the race witnessed, especially in its last stage, and said that the mare has good results, as it is 3 times winner and runner-up at the Dubai Crown Prince Festival this season.
He said that the race was strong and witnessed high speeds, because the horses are always ready at the end of the season and give their best, expressing his hope to continue to shine in the main race of the festival next week.
5 places for “F3” in the “Top 10”
The “F3” stables riders continued their remarkable brilliance during the festival, and despite losing first place by a small margin during the race, they formed a large presence in the top ten in the “Top 10” race, and in addition to the runner-up and third place, the S+-Drum jockey came Rookie Buthaina Al Reda came in fifth on the “Catch Me FU-Can” horse, and Saeed Ahmed Jaber Al-Harbi came in sixth on the “Jamara” horse, while their colleague Maitha Al Qubaisi came in eighth on the “Al Nayez Jamila” horse.
