Al-Jazira and Al-Ain teams lost their first matches in the 36th Prince Faisal bin Fahd Arab League for Handball Champions Clubs, which started in Hammamet, Tunisia, and will continue until November 2 with the participation of 10 clubs. Al-Jazira lost to Tunisian Esperance 36-23 in the second group competitions, Which was the first match of the tournament, while Al Ain lost to the Tunisian Hammamet Association, the owner of the land, 31-26 in the first group.
Al-Ain will meet Qatar’s Al-Wakrah tomorrow, after the team took a rest yesterday, according to the matches schedule, while Al-Jazira will meet with Qatar’s Al-Gharafa, after the team had a rest the day after the championship.
On the other hand, the Competitions Committee of the Hand Federation, headed by Daoud Al-Maleeh, approved the schedule of the Cubs competitions, which will start next Saturday in the league competition, in which 13 teams participate, and the teams were divided into 3 groups, where the first group includes the Kalba Union, Al-Ahly Youth, Al-Bataeh, Al-Nasr and Dibba Al-Hisn The second group includes Bani Yas, Al Jazeera, Sharjah B and Al Dhaid, and the third includes Sharjah A, Al Wasl, Madame and Khor Fakkan.
