The AIADMK and BJP will fight together in Tamil Nadu next year’s assembly elections. The alliance between the two will continue in the next election as well. The announcement was made by state Deputy CM O Panneerselvam on Saturday during the Home Minister’s visit to Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu Deputy CM Panneerselvam said, “We will continue our alliance with the BJP.” Union Home Minister Amit Shah has arrived in Tamil Nadu on a two-day visit. Shah had surprised people after arriving in Chennai, breaking the protocol to greet his supporters and get out of his vehicle and walk on the busy GST road outside the airport.

He thanked the people of the metropolis for their love and said that it is a big thing for him to be in Tamil Nadu. At the same time, while addressing an event, Amit Shah said that the whole country stands with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the fight against the Kovid-19 epidemic. Shah commended the Tamil Nadu government for effectively dealing with the Kovid-19 epidemic under the leadership of Palaniswami-Panneerselvam and said that the state government was properly implementing several guidelines of the Center in this matter.
He said, “The country and the world are fighting a battle against Kovid-19. The country has successfully faced this under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. In comparison, India has done well with many developed countries.
