Earthquake has killed at least 130 people in eastern Afghanistan, authorities said on Wednesday. The matter was reported by the British Broadcasting Corporation BBC and a news agency Reuters.

The 6.1 magnitude earthquake occurred about 44 kilometers southeast of the city of Khost.

The quake hit more than 500 kilometers in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, says the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC).

According to the center, people had reported feeling the quake in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, and Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.
