At least eight Afghan interpreters and people who have done other work for the Netherlands in Afghanistan were transferred by plane from Kabul to Pakistan on Tuesday. A spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirms this after reporting by the NOS. Because the family of the interpreters also went with them, the total group amounts to 46 people. They will later be flown to the Netherlands. On Tuesday, the group was received at the airport of the Pakistani capital Islamabad by the Dutch ambassador.
