The package of Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp, which will include remakes of the first two games in the series, was planned to arrive on the Nintendo Switch on December 3, 2021. However, Today it has been confirmed that this title will no longer be available this year as it has been delayed.
Through the official Nintendo of America account on Twitter, it has been confirmed that Advance Wars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp will now be available until some unspecified point in spring 2022. This was what was mentioned about it:
“Hello soldiers! #AdvanceWars 1 + 2: Re-Boot Camp, which was scheduled to launch on December 3, will now launch for #NintendoSwitch in Spring 2022. The game just needs a little more time to adjust. You will be fighting Andy and his friends soon! Thank you for your patience”.

At the moment there is no clear reason for this date changeBut it seems that remaking these Game Boy Advance classics turned out to be more complicated than expected. Without a doubt, sad news, which, we hope, has positive results.

Without a doubt, the saddest news of the day. The first two Advance Wars are special to many of us, and having these remakes in our hands by the end of the year will be something that can no longer be realized. Let’s just hope this delay means that Re-Boot Camp will arrive in perfect shape next year.
