The actress Elisa Mouliaá has filed a complaint with the Family and Women’s Assistance Unit (UFAM) in which she reports a sexual assault. During a party, to which Errejón was also invited, Mouliaá claims that he took out his penis in front of her and touched her against her will, according to La Sexta, which has had access to the complaint.
The actress alleges that he “introduced her into a room of the house” where they were, “closed it with a bolt to prevent her from escaping by starting to kiss” and touched her on different parts of her body, “especially in the area of the breasts and buttocks” while “he said lewd phrases such as ‘how do you make me feel’”. At that moment, the complaint says, he pushed her “on the bed and the accused took out his virile member, beginning to lick the area of the declarant’s breasts.” An attitude towards which Mouliaá “remembers that she felt paralyzed and that she did not consent to anything that happened, it was at that moment when she told him that she wanted to continue at the party, arguing that her friend had been left alone,” reports La Sexta. .
Mouliaá assured this Thursday on social networks, after the politician’s resignation, that he has been a “victim of sexual harassment.” Hours later he confirmed the presentation of the complaint to the National Police. Mouliaá’s is the first complaint filed with the authorities, but the third accusation against him. The other two were carried out through social networks.
