For practically years now, there has been talk of different lawsuits of sexual harassment between different video game companies, and one of the most notorious is that of ActivisionBlizzard. And although the scandals had already gone a bit unnoticed, moments ago it was confirmed that the company that is going to buy microsoft has received a new complaint.
As reported by TheDailyMail, A plaintiff identified as Jane Doe filed the indictment with the Los Angeles Superior Court which stated that “Activision Blizzard It’s a massive video game company with a massive sexual harassment problem.” He seeks compensation of which not much was revealed and also the dismissal of Bobby Kotick.
The claim is against ActivisionBlizzard and former employee Michael Vega, Doe’s former manager who was allegedly fired a month after she reported him to management. deo met Vega in 2009 or 2010 before she joined the company and the pair formed a virtual friendship in which Doe would send “compromising photos” of herself. However, this relationship ended in 2011, when Doe met her future husband.
The indictment alleges that Vega helped Doe get a job as an independent contractor in 2016 and then began working full-time at the company in 2020. Vega allegedly groped and attempted to kiss Doe, telling her “someday you’ll give up” and also put her down. , insulted and threatened to blackmail her with the photos.

Publisher’s note: The question here could be whether Microsoft is going to keep all this negative part of the company by buying it within the next few months. Or maybe Kotick will retire once the deal is done. We will know that later.
