From Helsinki The bus on its way to Turku derailed in a ditch in Salo, at the Piihovi junction on the motorway, the Southwest Finland Police Department reported on Friday.

An alert for a major road traffic accident came to the rescue service at about 10.45.
The police according to, the bus drove to a quick stop on the highway ramp, derailed and crashed into a ditch on its side.
Rescue operations were still underway before noon, but police say the accident is not detrimental to other traffic.
The Rescue Department of Southwest Finland says on Twitter at about 11.15 am that traffic at the scene of the accident may be slowed down due to the emergency vehicles present.
Police have launched an investigation into the accident. According to the press release, the police will not comment further on the matter at this stage.
