Genoa – The shareholders’ meeting of Acciaierie d’Italia has approved the 2020 budget and appointed the new board of directors chaired by Franco Bernabé. This was reported by sources close to the dossier al XIX century.
The company’s 2020 financial statements were approved by the shareholder ArcelorMittal, while the public shareholder Invitalia abstained, the sources said. In addition to Bernabé, the directors have been appointed on the board Stefano Cao and Carlo Mapelli (Invitalia share). At ArcelorMittal altitude, Lucia Morselli, Kristian Notebaert and Ondra Otradovec were nominated. The holding’s financial statements closed with a net profit of approximately € 4 million. Shareholders’ equity stands at € 1,828 million and financial payables are zero.
The Assembly also appointed the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors, who will remain in office until the approval of the financial statements that will end on 31 December 2023, in the persons of the Chairman Franco Dalla Sega and the Statutory Auditors Luigi Giancaspero and Roberto Spada.
