The Abu Dhabi Retirement Fund announced the start of providing its services to customers through the municipal presence centers, in cooperation with the Abu Dhabi City Municipality, starting this June.
The Fund stated in a statement yesterday that this comes within the framework of the Fund’s efforts to expand the scope of providing its services, improve the experience of customers, and ensure their access to retirement services easily, effortlessly, and based on the role of municipal presence centers in supporting joint government work and managing citizens’ needs in cooperation with partners in… Abu Dhabi City. The Fund is scheduled to provide all retirement services to categories of customers, including the insured, retirees, and beneficiaries, in the two municipal presence centers in the cities of Khalifa and Baniyas as a first stage, by assigning a team of customer happiness representatives affiliated with the Fund to be present at the two headquarters throughout the day, and during the Fund’s official working hours. From 7:30 am until 3:00 pm, and from 7:30 am until 12 noon on Fridays.
The Fund also continues to provide its services through the “Tamm” platform and all customer happiness centers.
