Jaith began his legal career in 1978 after establishing a number of offices in various regions of the country, and served as a member of the Federal National Council, the “legislative body in the Emirates” from 1978 to 1983. He participated in preparing an eight-issue volume containing judgments of the Courts of Appeal and the Federal Supreme Court in the UAE, issued from 1970 to 1980, and dealt with commercial law issues, real estate lawsuits, arbitration, maritime and air law, in addition to settling disputes by municipal ways.
He also worked as an arbitrator in issues ranging from multilateral construction and environmental disputes to arbitration in commercial, residential and public construction disputes.
