His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah, and in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, chaired the Executive Council meeting, which was held yesterday morning in the office of His Highness. During its meeting, the Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda, and took decisions in regard to them that are in the interest of the emirate, by developing government work and providing the emirate with the best infrastructure in various fields.
The council discussed a number of Sharjah Health Authority’s proposals aimed at developing health services, providing the best facilities and examinations for all beneficiaries, in order to enhance the level and quality of health care in all cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah. The Council reviewed the report of the Madad Centers of the Sharjah Education Council, which are concerned with providing educational and educational care to raise the level of academic achievement of targeted students, according to well-studied plans and treatment programs that are developed in cooperation and coordination with strategic partners.
The centers aim to raise the achievement level of low-achieving students, provide educational, psychological and social care to the target groups, and strengthen community partnership between community institutions to improve educational performance. The report included the numbers of affiliates according to the target groups, along with statistics and data on educational outputs and activities for the previous years.
The Council approved the memorandum of understanding to be concluded between the Sharjah Education Council and the Regional Center for Early Childhood Development in the Syrian Arab Republic, which comes to coordinate efforts towards providing best practices in the field of early childhood care, education and rehabilitation, through the exchange of experiences and seeking to develop and support frameworks of mutual understanding in the mechanisms of the comprehensive educational process.
