When asked if there was a child at the scene of the fight, the man replied: “I don’t know, it’s like yes.” According to him, his brothers, who came to Moscow from Orenburg, also took part in the conflict. Investigators questioned Alexander Zhilovnikov himself, who was with his four-year-old son that evening, and his 24-year-old friend Nikita Utkin.
After that, the participants in the conflict met again at the store, where the “main” fight began. The man took the child from his neck, stood in front of him, and “they began to beat him without speaking.”

According to him, it took the police less than a day to identify the three participants in the conflict. They are all detained.
According to the Moscow Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the suspects are Russian citizens who came to the capital from Orenburg. It is reported that to date, young people born in 2000, 2002 and 2003 have been detained, and the whereabouts of the fourth are being established.

The police opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Hooliganism”), but Bastrykin ordered to re-qualify the actions of the attackers from the article “Hooliganism” to the more serious article “Attempted Murder”. Earlier it turned out that Alexander Zh., Who was beaten by four Russians, already had problems with the law: he was tried for fraud. The man was installing water filters, and at the beginning of this year, he installed a homemade non-working apparatus for one of his clients instead of a filter. He turned the scheme with his 25-year-old wife, having received 65 thousand rubles for the work.
At the same time, a friend of the victim in the fight, 24-year-old Nikita U., who was present that evening, found a considerable list of administrative and criminal offenses. In 2014, he committed a petty theft, in 2016 he stole a VAZ-2107 with fake license plates, then smashed ATM monitors, the damage from which amounted to 160 thousand rubles. In addition, in 2019, a friend of Alexander deceived a woman from Troitsk: he promised to fix the sewer for her, but eventually ran away with the money.
