A soldier dies from “multiple shots” in the Príncipe neighborhood in Ceuta

A young soldier from the Principe Alfonso de Ceuta neighborhood has died in the early hours of this Monday as a result of “multiple shots” and after being transferred to the hospital, police and health sources have informed Europa Press.

After this serious event, the National Police has arrested six people, although it has not yet been possible to determine whether the author of the shots that have ended the life of this man of around 33 years would be among them.

The victim had been taken to the ICU of the University Hospital of Ceuta after the shooting that took place in a garage in the area called Poblado Legionario.

At the moment, the Police maintains an operation deployed at the scene of the events and keeps access to it cut off. In addition, this occurs after on the night of Friday to Saturday they had to carry out another operation with riot police and Udyco and in which seven agents were injured in varying degrees when they were stoned when arresting a person.
