A regional workshop discusses combating the illicit trade in “small and light” weapons

The Weapons and Dangerous Materials Office – the Supreme Council for National Security, in the capital, Abu Dhabi, organized the closing ceremony of the second regional workshop and in-depth training sessions for the cooperation project between the League of Arab States and the European Union on combating the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons and their spread in the member states of the League of Arab States. . He also thanked the European Union for the funding it provided to hold in-depth training courses, within the framework of cooperation between the League of Arab States and the European Union, related to combating the trade and illicit spread of small arms and light weapons in Arab countries.
