The Podemos deputy in the Regional Assembly of Murcia Víctor Egio has tried to break up an event at the Housing Fair disguised as a tail collector. Egía interrupted the Minister of Development and Infrastructure, Jorge García Montoro, during his speech, although he was quickly expelled from the stand.
The deputy has been the protagonist of other controversies in recent months, mainly due to his attitude during the plenary sessions of Parliament, causing some debates to even have to be postponed.
«I have reminded Councilor García Montoro and President López Miras that They owe more than 4 million euros of the youth rental bonus to 3,000 young people of the Region. First notice. “López Miras pays now!” Egio wrote on his social networks.

Egio was carrying, in addition to the costume, a sign that read “López Miras pays now.” This boycott attempt has been carried out together with some young people from the Rebeldía group, an association of extreme left close to Podemos.
In the last regional elections in the Region, Podemos fell to 4.7% of the voteachieving only two deputies: Egio and the head of the list, María Marín. López Miras’s PP won the elections with 42.8% and 21 seats, followed by the PSOE (25.6% and 13 seats) and Vox (17.7% and 9 parliamentarians).
