The National Police has arrested four men in Denia (Alicania), between 22 and 42, as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health. Those arrested used as a cover an alleged association that appeared to be legal to carry out a indiscriminate sale of narcotic substances.
During the record, more than four kilograms of marijuana, hashish, cocaine were intervened and found useful for distribution. The premises was closed by court order and the actions were communicated to the Court of Instruction of the Guard of Denia.
The investigation began when the possible existence of an undercover drug sales association was detected. The premises, without a sign or apparent commercial activity, registered a continuous transfer of people At different times of the day. After obtaining the relevant judicial authorizations, an entry and registration was practiced. Inside, numerous containers labeled with marijuana were located, Hermetic closure bags with the same substance, and already prepared artisanal cigarettes. Part of the drug was hidden in appliances and local furniture, being able to detect areas within the premises in which cocaine was also consumed. More than four kilograms of marijuana were seized, hashish in less quantity and some cocaine.
At the same time of the record, two men of 42 and 22 years were arrested. The premises was seated by court order. The investigation continued to locate the rest of the involved, which allowed to stop shortly after, also in Denia, two other 22 and 23 year old men. Two of those arrested had a history of similar events. All the proceedings were informed of the Court of Instruction of the Guard of Denia.
