A Paris Court dismisses Ohla’s request and Kuwait will execute guarantees for almost 40 million

Ohla will decide its box at 39.2 million euros immediately for the execution of the guarantees linked to the construction contract of a road in Kuwait, object of dispute with the Emirate since 2017. The Court of Appeals of Paris has dismissed the request for blocking of the guarantees that the Spanish construction company and its partner in the project, Rizzani de Eccher, in favor of Kuwait, had dismissed. The sentence, issued this Friday, implies the lifting of the precautionary measures that had so far avoided the execution of the aforementioned guarantees.
