On July 19, a subject was the victim of a wealthy deception, due to a criminal group that posed as a group of businessmen who supposedly would grant the victim a place in the Puente Colombia customs office in exchange for three Ferraris.
The case happened in Mexico, when the victim met the criminals in a hotel in the Polanco area, Mexico City, to carry out the respective negotiation; place where he appeared with the three vehicles, and at the end of the meeting, the men disappeared in the cars of the deal.
Through the social network Twitter, the user Carlos Jiménez published some images of the vehicles that were stolen (Ferrari 458 Spider from the year 2012, Ferrari F599 F1, model 2010, and a Ferrari California, model 2009). The value of these cars is 18 million Mexican pesos (almost four billion Colombian pesos).

The men, who posed as businessmen, have already been identified as Carlos Alberto Treviño, Abel Flores Hernández, Miguel Ángel Álvarado and Antonio Rueda.
Although no further details of the situation are known at the moment, Twitter users are speculating and trying to find a reason for how things have happened so that they ended up being scammed.

In addition, several people have also debated the fact that, if the owner of the cars had three Ferraris, why was he looking for a place. Faced with many questions about the reasons for said business, the same Internet users on social networks assumed that it was most likely that this man was looking for a place in customs so that he could import some type of merchandise without having to be inspected.
The Mexico City Prosecutor’s Office is already investigating the situation that occurred in Nuevo Leónand promised that in the coming days they will give more information about this case.
