National Police agents arrested a 32-year-old man as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of robbery with force. The arrested person was found inside a kiosk located in the Pólvora garden after forcing the access door.
After three in the morning, 091 received a call from a security company, which reported the activation of an alarm and the presence of an individual in a kiosk. Furthermore, according to what they told the agents, the man was rummaging around inside and putting objects in the pockets of the clothes he was wearing.
The National Police moved to the scene and the possible escape routes were shortened. It was also observed how the access door was forced and the subject was found walking around and searching inside. The agents urged the man to leave, however, he ignored the instructions and proceeded to resist arrest.
The person responsible has 27 previous arrests for the commission of different crimes, most of them of the same typology as the one that motivated this last arrest. That is, the alleged perpetrator carried out numerous robberies with force. Once arrested, the agents seized the two mobile phones that he was carrying among his belongings, and the detainee was brought to justice for the adoption of the appropriate precautionary measures.
