Two people died, three more were injured on October 2 as a result of an accident in the town of Vereya in the Naro-Fominsk urban district of the Moscow region.
As Izvestia found out, on the 15th kilometer of the Ermolino-Kolodkino road, a foreign car Kia Seed collided with a Lada Grand. The Ministry of Internal Affairs for the region clarified that the Lada driver drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a foreign car.
As a result of the accident, a 40-year-old woman was killed – the driver of Lada, as well as a 38-year-old man.
In addition, a 29-year-old resident of Naro-Fominsk suffered a closed fracture of the sternum, and two more Muscovites. According to preliminary information, one of the residents of the capital was taken to the hospital with a rupture of internal organs. The second woman, who was driving a foreign car, received a bruise and refused hospitalization.
The police are currently investigating the incident.
Earlier, on September 26, in the Alexander Nevsky district of the Ryazan region, three people, including a child, died as a result of a collision between a passenger car and a truck. It was noted that a 29-year-old resident of the Moscow region driving a BMW did not take into account road and weather conditions, lost control and collided with an Iveco truck.
Prior to that, on September 18, the Mercedes Gelandewagen SUV flew into the oncoming lane and rammed three cars in the Moscow region. As a result, one person died and two others were injured.
