A close encounter
In the final bars of the Sprint of the Chinese Grand Prix the duel for fourth place between the two Ferrari drivers Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz attracted the attention of viewers.
The two standard bearers of the Prancing Horse did not hold back and in the end it was the Monegasque driver who prevailed, who was able to overtake his Spanish colleague, who certainly did not make his teammate's maneuver any easier.
In hot interviews Leclerc seemed quite annoyed by Sainz's resistance, while for his part he seemed quite surprised by the complaints of the 26-year-old from Monte Carlo.
The 'case' then immediately collapsed between the end of the Sprint and the start of Qualifying, after an internal interview managed by team principal Frederic Vasseur.
Todt Jr.'s joke
It was present in the Shanghai paddock Nico Rosbergas a commentator for Sky UKwho certainly isn't afraid to relate to the protagonists of the world championship.
The 2016 world champion intercepted in the pits Nicolas Todt, Leclerc's manager and stopped him: “We're just talking about Charles and Carlos. Did they shake hands? Everything is fine?“. The Frenchman replied: “A kiss on the mouth, everything is ok”. Rosberg at that point joked: “A big kiss”finding confirmation from Todt: “A big kiss”.
