The Investigative Committee has opened a case against a man who shot at a SOBR fighter in Tutayev
Investigators have opened a criminal case against one of the participants in the gathering in Tutayev, who shot at a Rosgvardiya SOBR fighter during his arrest. This was reported to Lenta.ru by the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Yaroslavl Region.
The man is suspected of a crime under Part 1 of Article 318 (“Threat of using violence against a government official”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
According to the investigation, the attacker, wanting to avoid possible detention after the gathering on Sobornaya Street, fired a shot at a SOBR officer from a traumatic pistol. He will be charged and a preventive measure will be chosen in the near future.
Earlier it became known that a court in the Yaroslavl region placed 13 participants of the gathering under administrative arrest for seven days. They were all found guilty of disobeying a lawful order of law enforcement officers.
