One worker has died and another has been injured in a leg after the porch of the Luis Vives school in the Valencian town of Massanassa collapsed this Sunday morning, as reported by the Emergency Coordination Center and National Police.
Agents from the National Police of the Homicide Group and the Scientific Police Brigade of Valencia have moved to the area to investigate the causes of the collapse from the center located on Joanot Martorell street in Massanassa.
Likewise, the Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium has mobilized two teams of firefighters to the area. Torrent and Catarrojaa sergeant, a sector chief and an officer from the provincial body, as well as emergency personnel and medical personnel.
For her part, the general director of Fire Prevention, Rosa Tourís, asked about the collapse after the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center, assured that “All emergency services are in the area of the collapse working” and the real extent of the damage is being “assessed.”
