An unusual event that occurred in Poland has captured the attention of many after a body fell from a hearse on a public road forcing the responsible funeral home to publicly apologize.
The incident took place in the town of Stalowa Wola, located in southeastern Poland. The body was being transferred by the Hades funeral service when, due to a “technical failure” in the vehicle’s lock, the body ended up falling onto the road.

According to local media reports, a driver who was traveling on the same road thought there was hit someone when looking at the body on the road. In fact, a photograph of the body lying on a pedestrian crossing has been widely disseminated by the Polish press, increasing the impact of the event.

After what happened, the Hades company published a apology on your websiteexplaining the reasons for the incident. In the statement, the funeral home regrets the “unexpected technical failure” in the tailgate closing system of the hearse, which resulted in the body falling during transport.
The funeral home expressed its regret stating that the event does not reflect the high standards of the company. «We admit our mistake and assume full responsibility for what happened. “We are in contact with the family of the deceased and offer them all the necessary support,” they indicated.
