A 68-year-old man was injured this Monday morning when the roof of his room fell on him, in a house in the Murcian neighborhood of Progreso. The affected was rescued by his relatives and treated by the emergency health services. He did not require a transfer to the hospital. The 112 received, at 9:26 am, a call from a nephew of the victim, who reported the incident and the need for health care for the man, who had been rescued from the rubble by his relatives.
Local Police patrols and a Mobile Emergency Unit with health personnel from the 061 Emergency and Health Emergencies Management were mobilized to the scene. The health personnel treated the injured person at the scene, who did not need to be transferred to a hospital.
