The businessman Alex Konanykhin posted on Facebook a post portraying Putin as a wanted man, in the classic Western style, with the caption “Wanted Dead or Alive”. The post, writes Bild online, was deleted shortly after publication.
The Russian businessman has pledged a million dollars for the arrest of President Putin. In the post he wrote that he guarantees to “reward the officers with a million dollars who, in the fulfillment of their constitutional duty, will arrest Putin as a war criminal under Russian and international law.”
According to Konanykhin, the Russian leader “is not the president, since he came to power as the result of a special operation of apartment building explosions in Russia – referring to a series of attacks in September 1999 for which the Chechen separatists – he then violated the Constitution by eliminating free elections and killing his opponents. “
“As a Russian citizen of Russian ethnicity – he continued in his post – I see it as my moral duty to facilitate the denazification of Russia. I will continue my assistance to Ukraine in its heroic efforts to resist the assault of Putin’s Horde”.
