The program recently delivered 193 new homes to beneficiaries of the grant category within the “Bateen Al Samar” complex in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, who were subject to the Cabinet’s decision to exempt beneficiaries from residential complexes from paying the difference in value between the grant issued by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program and the value of the housing within Residential complexes for decisions issued during previous years.
The program is preparing to hand over 96 homes within the “Al Suyouh Complex” in the Emirate of Sharjah this year, while the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the program, had previously delivered 64 homes of the same category within the “Al Khawaneej Complex” in Dubai, and 53 in the Mohammed bin Zayed Complex in Ajman, to reach A total of 406 housing units, at a cost of 400 million dirhams.
