Sinaloa.- It is unfortunate that there are articles of the Constitution that are not met, as is the case of 17, which indicates that justice must be prompt and expeditious, he pointed out Jose Antonio Serna Valdez delegate in Sinlaoa of the Confederation of Bar Associations and Associations of Mexico, AC.
He said that after a century of its creation, what is established by the Magna Carta has not been achieved by the authorities that apply it.
Serna Valdez assured that it is through the path of the institutions where the conflicts that exist in society must be resolved.
“We are believers that it is a court that must order this way, because according to the division of powers, the judiciary is the one that must order the executive, as the Constitution indicates.”
He recognized that it is necessary to have a power of attorney where citizens must go to complain when they feel their rights have been violated, as well as a court that hears and resolves their petitions.
Serna Valdez lamented that this situation does not occur at the state level, much less in the Federation.

The leader of lawyers assured that if the courts resolved the demands of the population, all those offenders and abusive authorities would realize that the law is being complied with and that would allow Mexico to be left as a country where nothing happens.
