Experts stressed the need to pay attention to building stronger muscles in old age, by practicing exercises that strengthen and protect the bones. And India introduced five important exercises:
Squats: This exercise is suitable for different age groups, and can be practiced anytime and anywhere, and helps in losing weight and losing calories, preventing ankle and knee injuries, strengthening the lower body, tendons and ligaments of the calf muscles and knee joints, and improving the flexibility of the back.
Weight squat: This exercise effectively works the back forearm area to the upper back muscles and helps to strengthen the lower part more, as well as strengthen the chest area and contribute to weight loss and reduce the risk of injuries.
Getting up: A good exercise to tone the muscles of the body without having to go to the gym. It does not require special equipment. It is comfortable and easy. It benefits the abdominal and back muscles, lengthens the thigh muscles, helps reduce stiffness and pain, and improves the general flexibility of the body.
Push-ups: Push-ups help strengthen the upper body, as well as different parts of the chest, shoulders, front and back forearm muscles.
Flying dog: It works to strengthen important muscles such as the abdomen and spine. It is also useful in removing stiffness in movement and increases body balance, and is useful for people who suffer from lower back injuries.
