Vercelli, a wooden coffin abandoned in the street has become the subject of an investigation, this is what happened
A coffin abandoned near the drawers ofgarbage. This happened to Vercelli in via Trento, in the Isola district. Over the last few hours someone has decided to make a strange joke which, however, has now become a detective story. Let’s find out in detail what happened.
You don’t happen to find a coffin near the garbage drawers every day. Yet in Vercelli, in via Trento, in the Isola district, this unusual fact happened which has raised numerous doubts and has also opened the investigations. Passers-by immediately photographed the wooden coffin and within a few hours the photo immediately went viral on the web.
Without a shadow of a doubt, the request that everyone asks is: who left it there? It may have been a private, although it is unusual for a citizen to have a coffin in the house to throw away. Or it could have been a clerk to the sector, even if it is not clear why the latter had to abandon it.
However, anyone who goes back to the responsibility of the gesture, the guilty party will have to assume the aftermath. Indeed, as stated by the Mayor of the city, Andrea Corsaro:
It was immediately removed and we immediately activated the procedures to identify the person responsible: the municipal police have been at work since this morning and we hope we will be able to trace the author soon. It is a deplorable gesture and to be condemned.
It’s not all. Me too’councilor to the urban decor and the cemetery, Emanuele Pozzolo, expressed himself on the matter. These were his words:
We will proceed with the sanction, as has already happened in recent days for other episodes reconstructed thanks to the cameras.
As for the waste collection workers, they too have said upset. As reported, none of them had ever seen such a thing before. However, thanks to a middle big enough they managed to carry the coffin and remove it from the street. Investigations are currently underway to trace the guilty.
