Green Pass, who is without not “evicted” from the barracks
The General Command of the Arma downsizes the alarm launched by the New Carabinieri Syndicate according to which fellow guests of the Barracks without green certification would have been invited to leave their rooms – assimilated to a workplace – starting from midnight “. But in fact, the circular “Obligation to exhibit the Covid 19 green certification (so-called green pass)” issued by viale Romania on 11 October, does not contain any specific indication on this point. A point that instead – they always point out from the General Command – is indirectly dealt with by the guidelines of the dpcm of 12 October where it is expressly provided that the personnel declared unjustified absent for lack of the green pass when starting the work, “is not allowed, in any way, to remain in the structure, even for different purposes “. Basically, those staying in a barracks, if at the time of entering service are without a Pass, cannot stay in the building; but when he is not in service, either on leave or retirement, he will continue to enjoy the benefit.
