The Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF) demands that the Tax Agency, both central and in the Valencian Community, Do not make those affected by DANA pay taxes for the aid they will receive nor for the goods they buy with them to replace the damaged ones.
The association has sent two letters, one to the Secretary of State for the Treasury, Jesús Gascón, and another to the Treasury Minister of the Valencian Community, Inmaculada Domínguez, in which they warn of the negative fiscal consequences that could arise from the measures put in place. march to alleviate the effects.
The president of the AEDAF, Bernando Bande, proposes Gascón three measures: qthat the aid granted by employers to their workers affected by the DANA to face the damages suffered is not taxed in the income; exempt taxpayers who receive aid from the private sector from paying taxes on them in the Income Tax; and that the companies that also receive this aid do not have to pay for them in the Corporate Tax.
