Companies, societies, artists or organizers may choose to hold solidarity activities with those affected by DANA

ANDl Santander City Council, through the Santander Municipal Tourism Company, has opened the deadline for companies, societies, associations, groups of artists or organizers that they wish to carry out solidarity activities in favor of those affected by DANA in Valencia can present their proposals. This was reported this Tuesday by the cTourism Councilor, Fran Arias, who explained whate those interested in presenting the projects have until Monday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. to do so and the activities can take place from December 19 to January 29 at the Exhibition Palace.

Requests must be made in writing to email [email protected], with the organizer’s details: company name, postal address, CIF, as well as name, email and direct contact telephone number of the interlocutor responsible for the activity. The events must be adapted to the schedules and requirements of the Exhibition Palace. To do this, the requesting entity must present a brief project detailing the content, the resources it has to carry it out, as well as the times and dates requested, in accordance with the form established for this purpose.

On December 5, A selection committee made up of a person from the Department of Tourism and Social Promotion, another from the Exhibition Center and a third from the Department of Culture will study the proposals presented and will establish the selection of events based on three criteria: meet the requirements requested, scope of the activity’s potential audience and donation intended for those affected.

Within a maximum period of two working days, the selection committee will announce the selected projects and will contact you to formalize the relationship between the organizer and the Exhibition Centre. Once all projects are accepted, they will be integrated into a global program of activities that will be given visibility through the City Council’s own media and/or its dependent entities. The beneficiaries must be official organizations or non-profit associations that already exist or were expressly established to help those affected by DANA.
