The Santander Local Police arrested a 39-year-old woman this Sunday for breaking the glass door of the commercial premises of which she was the tenant, and from which she took documentation and material. The events took place in the descent of Calerucoat 2:30 a.m. The detainee was evicted by court order from the premises for non-paymentand the corresponding judicial proceedings were initiated for a crime against property, as reported this Monday by the Local Police.
In addition, this Saturday a 49-year-old man was arrested. robbed a supermarket on Castilla Street two food products valued at 24.21 euros.
DANGEROUS BREED
On the other hand, the Police reported yesterday Sunday two men, aged 39 and 44, as responsible for two potentially dangerous breed dogs (American Staffordshire Terrier breed) for leaving them loose, disturbing or creating dangerous situations for neighbors. Furthermore they were malnourished and kept in uncomfortable, unhygenic and unsanitary facilities on La Albericia street.
The dogs were removed by the Municipal Animal Collection Service to its premises, and the agents carried out the mandatory judicial proceedings for an alleged crime of animal abuse.
