Agents of the National Police are investigating the stabbing death of a 35-year-old Colombian man that occurred yesterday in the Madrid district of San Blas-Canillejas, reported Europa Press a spokesperson for the Madrid Police Headquarters.
The events occurred on Lola Flores Street, in the Las Rejas neighborhood, near the Barajas airport, around 12 noon this Sunday. Two compatriots from rival Colombian soccer teams started an argument over a game and one of them ended up stabbing another in the neck, causing him to bleed profusely.
Samur-Civil Protection paramedics went to the scene by ambulance, but upon arrival they were unable to do anything for the victim and confirmed his death due to the serious injuries, he has indicated to Europa Press a spokesperson for Madrid Emergencies.
Agents from the Scientific Police and Homicide Group V quickly moved to the scene, which has taken charge of the investigation and is searching for the perpetrator, who has nothing to do with bands youth or organized groups. After the removal of the body by the forensic judge, the body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine of Valdebebas for its autopsy.
The events occurred a few meters from the brawl on November 5, in which they faced stabbing a dozen young people. Six young people, one of them a minor, were arrested by the National Police and another was seriously injured. It all started with discussions between people who live in an old squatted hotel.
