An operator has died after collapse of part of the roof from a public school in Massanassa when he worked inside the educational center in the Valencian town, one of the most affected by the catastrophic DANA on October 29.
The deceased was inside the Lluís Vives CEIP, located on Joanot Martorell Street, when a porch partially collapsed due to the damage it sustained after the flood. Another man has turned out injured in a leg.
A SAMU ambulance has been mobilized to the scene. The Valencia Provincial Firefighters Consortium has also mobilized two crews from Torrent and Catarroja, sergeant, sector chief and officer of the Consortium, who are reviewing the area. They have not had to carry out any rescue.
