Mugeju follows in the footsteps of Muface and urgently calls the unions due to the uncertainty of the mutualists
The Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources (Tacrc) has decided precautionary suspension of tenders for the granting of health care to the Army and Justice mutual societies, Isfas and Mugeju, respectively.
The Court has made this decision after an appeal presented by the Professional Medical Union Association (Unipromel) and before the damage of “difficult or impossible repair” in the event that the procedures for the contracting procedure continue.
Now the Court has to examine the appeal presented and the precautionary measure will be lifted when said appeal is resolved.
Asisa, Adeslas and Nueva Mutua Sanitaria participated in the Mugeju tender, while Asisa and Adeslas attended Isfas.
This suspension comes after the Muface tender would be deserted due to the non-availability of the insurers to introduce himself to her. The companies have argued that the increase in the premium offered by the Government, of up to 17.1%, was not enough to cover their costs and led them to greater losses.
After being deserted, the Government plans call for a new procedure. To achieve this, Muface has started the preparatory procedures with a preliminary consultation with the market. As CSIF reported this Friday, this will cause the procedure to be extended until January or even later.
In any case, this same week a report from the Ministry of Health was known in which it was argued as “reasonable” to end this Muface feature being unsustainable and that the officials would transfer to the public health system.
