Sánchez describes Aldama as a “character” and points out that everything he says is “categorically false”

Among a cloud of journalists, and at the end of the parliamentary session in the Congress of Deputies, the President of the Government Pedro Sanchez has offered a series of statements. For the President of the Government, Aldama’s defense strategy is “the lie” and “he surely does it to divert attention, sow doubts and cover up what appear to be certain alleged criminal activities.” “What a fabrication,” Sánchez reiterated about the alleged relationship with Aldama and that it was the President of the Government who asked him for the photo. “It seems that little more than I was waiting for this man to arrive to be able to hold the rally. Sánchez has also been asked about the hypothetical motion of censure that he has raised Alberto Núñez Feijóo this same Thursday. “It’s very funny to me because when I raised it in 2018 it was said that it was an unconstitutional instrument,” he responded. He then showed “maximum respect” to the motions and said that he had nothing to say since the groups were free.

Of course, he stressed that the motions “are constructive” and that this “would be a good opportunity for Feijóo” to propose an unknown government alternative. “Parliamentary weakness is that of those who are not capable of forming majorities,” has added.
