The New Generations of the Popular Party in the Valencian Community have spread a hoax about the Compromís deputy Juan Bordera, whom they have accused of having fallen asleep in the plenary session of the Cortes last Friday during Mazón’s appearance to give explanations about the management of the DANA.
“@JuanBordera focused on how not to help Valencians. This is the interest of the representation of @compromis in les Corts. Mr. Bordera, don’t stay up so late and focus on your work, or at least try,” the PP youth have tweeted in X.
The deputy denies that he fell asleep and asks to find a single video to prove it. Furthermore, an accusation by the New Generations after Bordera lost her mother this week, as Cadena SER reported after speaking with him. Bordera has explained in this chain that the hoax affects him “very personally” after the death of his mother.
Bordera also wanted to debunk the hoax in a thread on Twitter. “Come on, we’re going to laugh: I’ll pay a bonus of 10 dinners at EL VENTORRO to anyone who has a single video that proves that I fell asleep at some point. Come on, brave ones. It wasn’t a dream. IT WAS DISGUSTING, miserable scum. I’m going to link you to a few things that there is evidence of.”, he began. “It turns out that in addition to the notices from AEMET, the CHJ, or the entire damn scientific community… the PPVOX bosses have ignored all kinds of proposals (some special urgent ones) presented days before the DANA. Bordera has attached other photos of the plenary session in which he appears tired, but not asleep, like the one illustrated in this news. “Here you have other photos from yesterday.
