Smart’s electric compact, for 2026

Now, and in an interview with the British media Autoexpressthe CEO of the brand, Dirk Adelmann, who warned a few days ago that in 2025 manufacturers based in China could raise the prices of electric cars even on several occasionshas confirmed that The brand will launch its first electric compact in 2026.

It will be called Smart #6 and, as Adelmann points out: “We promised one car a year and, so far, we have kept it.” In this way, “in the fourth year [desde el lanzamiento del #1 en 2023]we will launch a fourth vehicle,” Adelmann reaffirms.
