The facts constitute, in the opinion of the Prosecutor’s Office, a crime of sexual abuse of a minor under sixteen years of age, deserving of four years in prison, seven years of supervised release after the end of the custodial sentence, seven years of confinement and prohibition of communicate with the minor, and ten years of disqualification from working with minors.
As a matter of civil liability, he requests that he be sentenced to pay compensation to the minor of 10,000 euros for the moral damage he has caused her.
The private prosecution, for its part, classifies the facts as a crime of sexual assault of a minor under 16 years of age and requests a sentence of five years in prison, twelve years of removal and prohibition of communication with the girl, and five years of supervised release. In addition, he claims compensation of 15,000 euros for moral damages and consequences. The trial is being held in the First Section of the Provincial Court and began today at 9:30 a.m.
